Email templates to drive more meetings

Let’s say you have an account that has a small current footprint. A team within the company is using your product today and seeing some results.

Identify another area of the business where could it be used.

Then use this email template that will help drive more meetings:

“Hi Linda - been working with Devon in Marketing. They’ve been using [your company name] to solve for [put the problem here].

They’ve seen a [insert % here] increase in [e.g. reply rates, conversion rate, productivity, etc…] over the past 6 months.

If this resonates with you, we’re confident we could do the same for your team.

Worth a look?”

Don’t have a current footprint? No problem. Speak to a few folks across the org using a bottoms up approach.

Speak to individual contributors and managers to understand the problems they’re facing today.

Then use this cold email template to reach out a Director or VP.

“Hi Linda - Greg and Cindy on your Marketing team are spending 2 hours a day cobbling up customer data from 12 different sources.

This usually means trouble in providing real-time personalized offers on digital channels.

Not sure if this is something you’ve considered taking a closer look at.

T-mobile saw an 3% uptick in conversion using [your company name].

Would it be worth a look or am I barking up the wrong tree here?”
